Buyer information

A few good questions.

Useful answers as you browse, compare, and get ready to ask about a machine.

How do I ask about a machine?

Open the listing and choose “Ask About This Machine.” Select your topic, add your name and an email address or phone number, then send your questions.

How do I confirm availability?

Available inventory shows units currently marked available. Ask about the current status of the specific machine before making travel, purchase, or transport plans.

Can I ask for more photos or a walkaround video?

Yes. Choose the photos or walkaround topic in the machine inquiry form. Describe the angles, components, or operation you would like to see, and ask what can be provided.

What if a specification is missing?

Ask about it directly. Hours and other specifications appear when they are recorded. An omitted detail should be confirmed rather than assumed.

Can I discuss an inspection?

Choose “Inspection questions” in the listing form. Explain what you would like to inspect and your general timing, then discuss the available arrangements before traveling.

What should I include in a delivery question?

Include the machine, destination ZIP code, site access, loading or unloading needs, and timing. Transport availability, cost, and arrangements need to be discussed for your situation.

What does a sold listing mean?

The unit is marked sold and is outside the available inventory. You can review its recorded details and ask about similar equipment, or browse currently available alternatives.

Does an inquiry reserve a machine?

Sending an inquiry starts a conversation. Confirm any purchase, reservation, payment, or transport arrangements directly before proceeding.
